As founder of PrincEvents, Lisa is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and executing client projects, including fundraisers, meeting planning, holiday events, weddings, and specialized client requests, while identifying strategic partners, sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts and managing client budgets. PrincEvents also develops creative concepts, strategic branding, and marketing and sponsorship opportunities.

 

Prior to founding PrincEvents, Lisa created Icon Media, a boutique event production and marketing company. Icon Media was a forerunner in developing ‘product placements’ as an integral part of creating exposure and developing awareness for both Icon Media clients and corporate partners. Those clients included Tanqueray, LaFace Records, L.A. Reid, Bad Boy Records, The History Channel, Arthur Ashe Institute for Urban Health, Housing Works, and Mike Tyson. While at Icon Media, Lisa identified and secured prospective clients, negotiated contracts, developed and implemented strategic operations, managed company and client budgets, and oversaw Icon Media’s marketing and creative directives.

 

Lisa started her career on Wall Street in the Financial Institutions Department at The Chubb Corporation, then as a Management Associate/Emerging International Markets (Mexico, Central America, and Southeast Asia) at the American International Group (AIG)

 

Lisa earned a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird/American Graduate School of International Management, and received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in International Relations and minoring in Management (The Wharton School).
